Range of application

The TB Comfort balancing machines have been designed especially to balance reworked turbochargers. The machines are extremely accurate and include the accessories required for balancing turbocharger rotors.

The TB Comfort is equipped with CAB 700 measuring unit and a sophisticated drive control system. The infinitely variable speed drive makes it easier to control balancing speed. The result is improved balancing efficiency and accuracy.

Design

• Hard-bearing, horizontal balancing machine with permanent calibration.
• The entire workstation consists basically of the following main components: machine table, base frame with roller or v-type supports, belt-drive as well as measuring unit and control.
